明代（1368-1644）景德镇确立御器厂制度，官窑瓷器自此有了严格的形制与款识规范。永乐、宣德青花以苏麻离青料发色浓艳深沉，铁锈斑痕自然晕散，为青花瓷之冠；成化斗彩胎薄釉润、彩色清雅，鸡缸杯名重天下；嘉靖、万历五彩浓艳热烈。甜白釉、祭红釉、孔雀绿等颜色釉亦各臻其妙，民窑外销瓷经克拉克商船行销欧洲。
